Experience a unique morning retreat focused on lymphatic rejuvenation and immune health. This intimate event is open to just 4 individuals, a personalized intensive designed for profound stress relief and immune support. We will begin with gentle yoga-based movement, then a dry brushing sequence with garshana gloves, followed by full-body self-lymphatic drainage massage instruction, and concluding with a powerful guided breathwork session, closing circle, and light nourishing lunch. 9am-12pm, Santa Cruz, CA
